You may place your order at any time unless a routine system update or maintenance is under way. Since the products available for purchase on our site are in an integrated system with our stores, any product purchased will be dispatched in 1-5 days between 09:00-17:00 on weekdays pursuant to confirmation of payment.
Weekend orders are processed on Mondays while orders placed on public holidays are put into operation on the following working day.
Ordering Procedure
You need to be a registered member of the site to place an order for any product(s).
Once in the product page, you are expected to take the first ordering step by selecting the desired size from the dropdown menu adjacent to the product photos.
After you pick your size on the product page, you can click on “Buy now” and be directed to Delivery and Billing address page, allowing you to purchase a single item without delay.
You may add items to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on relevant products’ page. However, in order to purchase the items and be directed to the payment pages, you are required to register or log in should you already have an account.
We expect any relevant information you provide on the site to be complete, current and correct at all times.
Subsequent to the completion of the order, an e-mail confirming your order and entailing its details will be sent to the address you provided.
To enable and help with tracking, you will be duly informed with another e-mail as soon as your items are submitted for delivery.
